Supposedly open at 11:00, you arrive at 11:30 and there's nobody there. And given the state of the tables and the floor, I thought it was lucky there was no one there; it might have saved us from getting sick.

The kebab meat was barely acceptable, practically spoiled! No sauce in the sandwiches. Prices have increased by €2-3. Paninis are €8!!! Avoid this place and get a health inspection!

August 14, 2022 After waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes... still nothing. We called, spoke to the owner who said he'd call us back... We're still waiting... Never received the delivery Nor a call...

Terrible delivery service. That was our last call. You've just lost a customer.

The service is so poorly organized, they treat you like an idiot and make you wait an hour and a half when they initially promised a 45-minute wait. Then they offer you free pizzas but give you nothing in the end. The service is terrible, disorganized, and they're lying to boot. If I were you, I would never order from this pizzeria again.

I'm giving 1 star because it's the minimum I can give; otherwise, I would have given 0. This is the second time we've ordered, and the second time we've been disappointed. The food arrived an hour late, cold, and the sandwich was subpar—my kebab had curry even though I didn't order it. This is the last time I'll order from them; I won't be trying a third time!

I chose this restaurant completely at random because all the nearby bakeries are closed during the summer. The welcome was friendly, and the order was prepared quickly. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were bland and the presentation left much to be desired. I won't be back.

Order placed at 7:06 PM on the website, estimated delivery at 7:51 PM. It's 10:37 PM, we've been trying to reach someone on the phone for two hours... no answer, so we pay for the order and end up with nothing to eat and a ruined evening... plenty of people to take your money, but when it comes to delivery, nobody's around...!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I've ordered several times before; the pizzas are good, but when you get a special offer with dented cans of soda and frozen tiramisu, and when you call to tell them, "Well, that's normal because it's a special offer," well, when the owner tells you that on the phone, forget it! And today I ordered sandwiches and burgers. The sandwich was good, but the burger is supposed to be a double Big Burger, which looks a lot like a Big Mac, but when you get it, it's nothing like that—a completely flat burger. My 8-year-old daughter, when she saw it, said, "I don't want it. That's not what I ordered! There aren't even three patties, and judging by the look of the burger, it's not appetizing at all."

Their delivery driver was an hour late. He hung up on me and then stopped answering. The order ended up being cold, with no dressing for the salad (just iceberg lettuce to fill the bowl and a tiny amount of other ingredients). I do not recommend them at all, neither for the delivery, nor the professionalism, and the food was awful.

Delivery took over an hour. When I called after 30 minutes, I got a cold, curt "Hello" and was told the driver was leaving right away. Another 30 minutes of waiting, a cold, tasteless sandwich, and undercooked fries (still that grainy texture of raw potato). Sure, it's cheap and fairly filling. But the food isn't even worth the low price. PS: They messed up the two drinks too. Fantastic!

Over two hours late, unanswered calls, and absolutely no follow-up from them. It's a disgrace. In the end, no delivery. Do as you please, but they won't see me again, and I hope many others will follow suit...

This is the second time we've ordered from them, and the more we order, the worse it gets. There are mistakes in the orders, the pizzas are mediocre: no seasoning, no markings to identify the order, a delivery request for 8 pm, delivered at 8:45 pm, not enough fries, they got the sauces wrong, and they arrived cold. This is one last attempt, and if these problems persist, we won't order from them again.
