Croque Monsieur is delicious, but he calls it ham and cheese...

Bought a ham and butter sandwich for lunch today...🤦 Well, the staff really need to brush up on the definition of the famous ham and butter sandwich!!😳 I could have bought half a baguette, spread a little butter in the middle, and put half a slice of fatty ham in the end—it would have been the same thing!!!! €3.95 for the bread, in the end... Shameful! It went straight to the chicken coop, doubting the freshness of the products. 😠 Profit margins!

After an inconvenience on 02.03, the manager took the time to respond professionally and take responsibility for the error by exchanging the pie and offering pastries. This does not negate the experience I had, but it gives hope for improvement soon.

Thursday morning, January 29th: I was served by two welcoming and smiling ladies. Thank you to them, it was very pleasant.

No matter when I go, the bread is always too hot to slice, I'm too lazy...

Not great

I went in after reserving a cake. The filling was mediocre, the cream looked almost stale. The quality really wasn't there. It's understandable that the service is overwhelmed. We can't blame the staff, who are simply exhausted. The pace seems relentless, and the days are long. But please, a little politeness? It's the bare minimum, rather than sighing and sulking at every question. Shouldn't you address this issue with management?

I took advantage of the 50% discount to treat my children to a Pavlova... Sorry, but it's not a Pavlova at all. Just a few pieces of fruit, no coulis, with a thick layer of marshmallow inside. Even at 50% off, it's not worth it. Very disappointed.

We arrived this evening (November 18, 2025) at 7:10 PM. The organization needs improvement. The first saleswoman was pleasant and helpful. However, she passed our basket to her colleague who refused to look at what we had taken. She asked us in a sour tone, "Tell me what's in your bag, I didn't take your order, I don't know it," before forgetting to apply discounts at her register. When she asked if we wanted a receipt, and we said yes, she refused to give it to us. She was about as friendly as a prison guard from beginning to end.

I regularly visit this Marie Blachère store where I always receive a warm welcome. The merchandise is well-presented and varied, and I'm never disappointed with the products. I will gladly return.
