Despite disastrous service for the start of summer, the dishes and pizzas largely lived up to the restaurant's reputation, even if not everything matched the order. And even though the waitress deferred to the manager due to the complexity of the orders, the quality of the meal itself remained exceptional.

The dark-haired waiter, around forty years old, who served us on Monday, July 27th, needs to improve his customer service skills or find a new line of work. As soon as I arrived with a friend, I asked him, "Hello, is it possible to sit outside to eat?" and he replied, "Well, I'll seat you," in a rather unfriendly tone. Of course, I'll skip over the rest of the service, where good humor was definitely lacking, but of course, we're well-mannered and don't want to cause any trouble with other people around. Then came the bill. I asked him, "Is it possible to split it in half, to pay for what we ate?" He replied, "Oh no, not split it in half, otherwise your friend will get ripped off." He's lucky we're not troublemakers, but he needs to go back to basics in this profession. There won't be a next time.

The pizza was undercooked, making it difficult to digest. The service was inaccurate and excessively slow. The restaurant had unpleasant odors.

I came to share a birthday meal with my niece, and she ordered the Bambino menu. Varied and delicious, according to her. The lasagna in particular. She was treated with great care since it was her birthday and was spoiled rotten. I thank the team for the warm welcome. The four-cheese adult pizza was good but a little soggy. The welcome and service were quick, very friendly, and pleasant. My niece hopes to return soon.

It had been a long time since I'd been back to Pizza del Arte in Quetigny, and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. The service was friendly and efficient, but overall I was rather disappointed. The Moscato d'Asti was completely fizzy; the bottle had probably been open for a long time. The pizzetta came with a rather unappealing and unfresh salad, and the dull knives made it impossible to cut the pizza dough. There are other Italian restaurants nearby that offer a better overall experience.

Once again, highly recommended during a stop in Dijon. Truly delicious pizzas 🍕 and appetizer. Del Arte is great Italian 🇮🇹 food.
