Outrageous experience. I ordered golden-brown chocolate croissants from the display case, and they gave me burnt pastries from the back. Of course, I only realized this once I got home. Then, there was confusion about a promotion (valid until 9 a.m.). When I simply went to check the display, the waitress became aggressive and had the nerve to say, "She's crazy, the way she talks to me!" This is simply unacceptable. A complete lack of respect and professionalism. Avoid at all costs.

Very good bakery but beware of peak hours, it gets crowded quickly and the wait can be long.

Two pizzas for takeaway at €19? Honestly, even at €5 for two, it's not worth it... Inedible!!! Incredibly dry, no sauce, even our dogs wouldn't eat them... and we're not usually picky about pizza... Never again...

I wanted a large pizza for 10.95 euros, but it wasn't possible at lunchtime. They told me to choose in front of them, and then they tried to sell me a pre-cut 4-slice pizza for almost 13 euros... strange practice... is it all about sales figures?

When I order 9 chocolate croissants and only get 4, I wonder where the 3 free ones mentioned in your advertisement are. Luckily for the cashier, I was in a hurry.

I came this morning, thank you Laurie, always smiling. You can see the fatigue on her face, but she always keeps smiling. I don't know how long she's been here, but a very long time! She's professional, helpful, and kind, even if the customers aren't always so kind. She's the epitome of professionalism, a type of workforce that no longer exists. I was a bit annoyed by the salad's contents; €7.50 for what was really just two leaves. I paid for the packaging, basically. Luckily, the saleswoman made up for it; she was welcoming and professional.

The old-fashioned cereal bread is excellent, and the sandwiches are superb.
