My first experience at Il Kiosko was unfortunately quite mixed. I had ordered five pizzas for 8 pm. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet me, even though my presence had been noticed. After several minutes of waiting, I had to speak up myself to announce my name, before waiting another half hour to collect my pizzas. During the wait, I repeatedly saw the pizza maker speaking disrespectfully to a woman standing next to him (probably his partner, given their behavior in the kiosk). He seemed out of it: incoherent speech, strange demeanor, he was almost staggering… it gave the impression he was drunk. Regarding the pizzas, there were several errors in the order: I had asked for a charcuterie topping with the tartufo pizza and ended up with salmon (which, incidentally, isn't offered as an extra on the menu). On another pizza, the burrata I ordered was replaced with mozzarella. As compensation, I was offered an extra pizza, but it was very basic (dough, cream, mozzarella), with no real appeal. In the end, the pizzas were decent, but nothing special. The overall experience was disappointing, mainly due to the poor service and lack of professionalism.

Pizzas are still as good and generous as ever, plus a super friendly and relaxed welcome.
