Unsanitary, terrible manager, pizza scam

We waited 40 minutes for two pizzas, only to be served a pizza they'd "revisited" (because it didn't have all the ingredients listed on the menu). When we called to complain, they told us, "Girlfriend, if you're not happy, come back," and then hung up on us. The building was unsanitary, the entrance window was broken, the advertising was misleading (€5 menu), the fridge was off, and the drinks were only hot.

It's a disaster. The toilets are filthy, and you have to go through the kitchen to get to them. There wasn't even any toilet paper. On top of that, the manager took forever to prepare two pizzas. He was out of Boursin cheese, but instead of letting us know, he made us a pizza that was supposed to be a Margherita but looked more like a four-cheese pizza. His justification was: "There are Margherita pizzas made with cream." In reality, he simply used whatever he had on hand because he didn't have the ingredients he'd ordered. To top it all off, when I called him to report the problem, he was dishonest and hung up on me. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

Well... What can I say? Infuriating. We arrived, ordered our pizzas thinking they'd cost €5, judging by the storefront. However, once we'd ordered, the manager informed us of the price: €10!!! For a measly pizza with three pepperoni (it was specified as double pepperoni). Since the pizzas were already cooked, we were forced to pay. Nevertheless, the pizzas were really good, which improves my opinion of this pizzeria.

The pricing policy at this pizzeria is incomprehensible: three different prices are displayed. (One minute the medium pizza is €7, the next it's €9. Furthermore, the cashier deliberately refuses to take payment before preparing the pizzas to avoid customers leaving disappointed by the misleading advertised promotions.) To top it all off, the pizza was ultimately charged at €10?? Without any explanation. It's a shame because I've been to this establishment several times and taken advantage of good deals, but since that day, I don't plan on going back. Nevertheless, the pizzas themselves are still of satisfactory quality.

The pizza was very good and generous, the server was very welcoming, and the price was very affordable.

The pizza wasn't good... the service was lukewarm and they didn't even explain the discounts we were entitled to... I've come three times now and each time I've been disappointed. That's it for me, I won't be coming back here...

The current problem is the opening hours; normally it's 2:00 PM, but twice now it's been 1:30 PM and the second time 1:15 PM and it's closed... It's a shame because the pizzas are good, but now after 1:00 PM I go to Domino's which is open until 1:30 PM.

I ordered a goat cheese and honey pizza with a cream base, and it arrived 25 minutes late with a tomato base! The person on the phone offered to send me another one or have me come in for a refund, but since I was traveling and had to leave quickly, I had to eat it. Luckily, I'm not allergic to tomatoes, especially since I specifically asked for a cream base on the phone! A restaurant is supposed to listen to and take into account customer requests! If you order delivery, pay attention to your order! The pizzas were of average quality (I tried three different pizzas).

Seriously, when they say a 45-minute wait, it's 45 minutes, and then it's delivered. It's really inexpensive, and the taste is the best. I highly recommend them; I only buy from them personally.

A real gem! This pizza restaurant is a wonderful discovery: the welcome is warm, the atmosphere friendly, and you feel right at home. The pizzas are delicious, generous, and made with quality ingredients. The crust is thin and crispy, the toppings flavorful and well-balanced. The service is attentive and friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. An ideal place to share a great time with friends or family. I'll definitely be back! 🍕✨
