The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was of standard McDonald's quality. However, and this is why it only gets two stars, the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped down. The restrooms smelled terrible and were filthy. The dish return area and trash cans were full and overflowing. I cannot recommend this branch. It's a shame, as the service was otherwise very attentive.

A little disappointed, I ordered 5 McPop for 5.75, which is already expensive. I get home and find that there are only 4 instead of 5. They're not paying enough attention 😡😡😡 This isn't the first time they've forgotten to include things.

They never forget to order, but the service is a bit slow. McDonald's on the Champs-Élysées in Paris are cheaper than this one.

Order errors when there aren't many people around are worrying for the most expensive McDonald's in France.

Extremely expensive and in the end, only half a Happy Meal, burgers that looked like they were inspired by the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Salad with black bits... it just keeps getting worse... Absolutely avoid it.

Horrible! We arrived on July 7th at 7:30 PM and were only there for an hour. Where to begin? The accessible toilet was out of toilet paper. When I left, I informed an employee who replied, "So what?" "So, would it be possible to get some?" I placed my order at a different kiosk than my friends, three minutes before them. Their orders arrived, missing part of mine. Then, one of our drinks was missing, and the drink they brought us wasn't the right size. And let's not even mention the overflowing trash cans that remained for an hour, with fries on the floor. On the other hand, I did manage to find some toilet paper in a bush outside.

No one ever answers the phone, and at the drive-thru they always forget things, it's like they do it on purpose. Inside there's often no one there and the service is very slow. Go to the McDonald's in Fontaine, it's much better.

Avoid the drive-thru; every time I go through it, someone forgets my order.
