We've been coming for several years and have never been disappointed. The meat is excellent and the menu offers a wide selection to suit all tastes. And often a complimentary digestif is offered 😁

I knew this establishment when it first opened, but unfortunately, over time the quality has declined; the food is bland, the service impersonal, and there aren't many smiles.

A table of 10, including a child under 5, arrived at 8 pm. From the outset, the service set the tone: an almost unacceptable slowness. We waited over an hour and forty minutes for our appetizers, after a considerable wait for drinks. It quickly became clear that the evening was going to be long. The cocktails quickly confirmed the poor quality: a mojito with absolutely no character, the mint clearly being optional. The Monaco, meanwhile, veered straight into grenadine syrup, completely unbalanced. Nothing was controlled, nothing was refined. For the main courses, there was another hour's wait. The rib-eye steaks, ordered rare, perfectly illustrated the problem in the kitchen: – first attempt: the meat was blue, practically raw, tough, and difficult to eat. Back to the kitchen. – second attempt: exactly the same result. – third attempt: one steak was overcooked, the other, well, guess what? Still blue. We're no longer talking about precision here, but about a complete lack of culinary mastery. The other dishes were merely adequate, unremarkable, uninteresting, and ultimately incapable of compensating for the overall experience. A particularly problematic point: the manager was smoking behind the bar, indoors, in front of customers. This isn't a matter of personal opinion; it's a clear violation of the Public Health Code (Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006), which strictly prohibits smoking in enclosed public spaces. When paying, feedback was given directly to the owner regarding the overall quality and this behavior. The response was minimal, the customer barely listened, and there was a general impression of a complete disregard for their opinion. In conclusion: the service was so slow as to be frustrating, the food inconsistent and incapable of even basic cooking techniques, the drinks were subpar, and the manager's behavior was entirely inappropriate for an establishment open to the public. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The only positive point is the waiters; everything else is terrible. The drinks are tasteless and poor quality, and the food isn't any better. The cooking is inconsistent. The entrecôte, ordered rare, was sent back to the kitchen three times, and unsurprisingly, it was still not good—blue, even raw, or way overcooked. As for the other dishes, they were all equally bland. The Époisses sauce... well, you wonder where the Époisses is. The wait for drinks was already an hour, and for the food, forget about it. The owner—if you can even call him that—is the icing on the cake. Be warned, he's incredibly touchy-feely with women, and shows absolutely no respect for customers. He even lights a cigarette and smokes freely inside the dining room, even though there are young children and non-smokers present. When we point it out, he's the epitome of indifference, always ready with the perfect response: "I have the right." When the bill arrives, we voice our concerns, and he barely listens, practically laughing in our faces. In short, between the incompetence in the kitchen and the owner's disrespect, this establishment, which could have real potential, is a complete disaster.
