Very good bread and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly. The bread is excellent! It keeps very well. There's a lot of variety. I highly recommend it!

Disrespectful to the customer, overpriced bread that doesn't keep well, and subpar service... Appalling! Only one person to serve, on the eve of May Day... a 22-minute wait... considering the prices... I'll let you be the judge!

A lovely shop. I was a little surprised at first by the lack of baguettes, but this was more than made up for by the selection of very good quality loaves. I chose a "chanoine" and I'm very happy with my choice! I recommend it!

Superb bakery, authentic bread that keeps well and is easy to digest. Bread is unfairly demonized, but when made properly, like at Le B, the sourdough fermentation and use of quality flour make it perfectly healthy. We would all benefit from having more bakeries like this one.

The staff has changed; the long-haired brunette is unfriendly. I overheard a phone conversation between her and a customer; she was awful and aired her grievances to the entire shop in front of everyone. I don't think she's cut out for retail. She's spoken rudely to me before, but this was unbelievable! It's a shame, the bread is good... but I think I'll end up going somewhere else.

Excellent organic bread, made according to traditional methods. They're all delicious; we buy them for the week and freeze them. They're just as good! Top quality. A warm and efficient welcome and a great team spirit.

Great bakery; same goes for the one on Rue des Godrans in Dijon. The staff have a relaxed atmosphere, which is rare and much appreciated. Those who criticize should actually go to the till instead of just staring at the window; they must be the same people!
